In all cases, the people Michael has brought our way have been fair in their pricing, accommodating in negotiations, and most important, highly diligent in the work they deliver. Buying a house is a brutal game right now. You need a champion in your corner who has seen both the short and long cycles play out in the market. Michael is that champion.
Michael is simply awesome, what else can I say? His experience is apparent on a daily basis. As a buyer, I felt that I had the power because of Michael. He guided me, supported me, and fought for me to purchase my dream home. Michael's vast and deep networks and relationships were key, I would not have closed this house if it was not for Michael. He is a fantastic person and this really comes through in how he approaches his clients.
